This document describes how to manage the website in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

The information is provided only for the Alfatek website, not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through a hyperlink.
Following consultation and data entry on this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
We hereby inform you pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation 679/2016 that by data transmission the Data Controller is Alfatek S.r.l.
Purposes of data processing
Personal data are processed as part of normal commercial relationship activities for the following purposes:

strictly connected with and/or aimed at managing relationships with the
data subject (e.g. acquisition of preliminary information for the
conclusion of a contract and consequently execution of operations to
comply with the obligations deriving from the same, CV, etc.)
- activities
connected with the obligations deriving from laws, regulations and
standards or from particular provisions issued by authorities entitles to
do so.
Data processing methods
The processing of personal data takes place either manually or by means of
electronic - IT tools and with a logic strictly related to the purposes
indicated and, in any case, such as to guarantee the security and
confidentiality of such data.
Processing is also in compliance with the laws in force and in compliance with
the contents of Legislative Decree. no. 196 of 30 June 2003, Art. 11 Rights of
data subjects
All users can exercise, by written request to be sent to the Data Controller,
the following rights:
(I) obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to the existence or
otherwise of their personal data;
(II) obtain an indication of the origin of the data, its processing purposes
and methods, as well as the rationale applied in the case of processing with
the aid of electronic tools;
(III) obtain the details of the Data Controller and data processors, if
appointed;
(IV) know the entities or classes of entities to which the data may be
disclosed or which may become aware of it as designated representative in the
country, data processors or persons in charge of processing;
(V) obtain cancellation, anonymisation or blocking of data that has been
processed unlawfully, as well as updating, rectification or, where interested,
integration of the data and (VI) certification that the operations described in
point (V) above have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to
whom the data has been disclosed or disseminated, unless this requirement
proves impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the
right protected;
(VII) object to processing, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons (VIII)
object to the processing for the purposes of sending advertising or direct
sales materials or for carrying out market research or commercial
communications.

Users also have the right, always upon express written request by e-mail, to
obtain the correction of any incorrect or inaccurate personal data or to obtain
its cancellation, within the limits of the law.
Cookie policy
Cookies are short fragments of text (letters and/or numbers) that allow the web
server to store information on the browser to be reused. alfatek.it uses the
web traffic analysis service provided by Google: Google Analytics.
These are third-party cookies collected and managed anonymously to monitor and

Cookie duration
Some cookies (session cookies) remain active only until the browser is closed

and their duration is set by the server when they are created. In some cases, a
deadline is set, in other cases the duration is unlimited.
