Significant resources are dedicated to the design and development centre in which, in addition to the Alfatek technical staff, experts are biologists, microbiologists and oil experts are involved, assisted by university research centres.

These synergies have given rise to the innovative solutions applied to Alfatek machines, which are also patented, and allowed the development of specific process technologies able to preserve the organoleptic and physical characteristics of the products to be bottled, thanks to which Alfatek has affirmed its expertise in the bottling of higher quality products.
