The company was founded in 1993 thanks to the entrepreneurial intuition of the oenologist Mario Guastalli, current Chairman, who, driven by the characteristic enthusiasm and genuine passion, put his decades of experience in the industry, in both the technical and commercial fields, to good use.

Today, the company is managed by his son Massimiliano and daughter Michela, personally engaged in operations and assisted by a staff of qualified employees.
