The particular technical characteristics are highlighted by certain important aspects:
Filling managed by electronic valves controlled by PLC;

the opening of the valve during the filling phase is electronically controlled, by means of an electro-pneumatic valve controlled by a PLC, avoiding the use of exclusion mechanisms that intervene in the absence of the bottle itself, and also allowing the use of a complete filling phase;
pre-evacuation; closure, self-levelling and degassing are controlled by electro-pneumatic valves controlled by a PLC, elimination of all timing adjustments, even in the event of complete disassembly of the valve, to simplify maintenance operations;
elimination of the mechanical height adjustment of the control support rims, normally present in mobile head machines, with consequent reduction in the time required for format change; degassing times parametrised by a Touch Screen managed by an operator with the possibility of processing recipes according to the difficulty of the product treated. 
circuit sanitisation and sterilisation is carried out simultaneously on all the valves with the machine stopped.
