The growing demand in the wine market for application of the 30x60 mm Stelvin aluminium screw cap, has led Alfatek to produce a free standing capping machine with this specific wine capping system, very common in the Anglo-Saxon markets.
The capping machine is fitted with a vibration cap orientation system, cap descent channel implemented with numerically controlled mechanical components and a 30x60 threading head developed by the company Arol SpA, made entirely of stainless steel.
The structure is completely built in 304 stainless steel, components in polished sheet metal and tempered glass protection panels.
The accident prevention guards are characterized by the new design that Alfatek adopts on the entire line of machines it produces, conferring high robustness and appreciable aesthetic value.
